Pakistan Pharma Trade Portal Registration 2026: How Companies Register with TDAP, Documents & Form Guide
Pakistani drug makers who want to be found by overseas buyers should start with the government's own directory. The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) runs the Pakistan Pharma Trade Portal, and companies register on it through an online form. This guide walks through what the form asks for, which documents to upload, how to describe your certifications and why registration is worth the effort.
What Is the Pakistan Pharma Trade Portal?
It is a government platform under the Ministry of Commerce and TDAP that describes itself as Pakistan's national single window for pharmaceutical industry intelligence, trade promotion and export facilitation. It publishes market information, trade statistics, regulatory guidelines and event pages, and it has a directory of pharma companies. Our guides to Health Expo Iraq and Med Expo Turkey explain two of the shows listed there.
Why Register?
- Be listed in the portal's Pakistan pharma companies directory, which overseas buyers can browse.
- Use facilitation services such as B2B matchmaking, pharma consultation and an export readiness assessment.
- Learn about events: the portal lists national and international shows, including HEMS, WIX in Dubai, Health Expo Iraq and Med Expo Turkey. Registration does not by itself guarantee a place at any show.
- Get learning resources: webinars, e-learning and regulatory learning paths for exporters.
